Exercise Physiology is about using physical activity for therapy, treatment, and prevention of chronic disorders or illnesses. We love working with individuals to manage and prevent injuries and chronic diseases through exercise, lifestyle changes and even get you outdoors on the sunny Gold Coast.     • Muscle activation to assist healing and pain.
    • Muscle control exercises to get muscles working how they should.
    • Strengthening, Hypertrophy (muscle building) and power training to make sure your body can cope with the demands you want to place on it and prevent injury happening again
  • Pilates: we’ve got reformers, and a trapeze table that will have you fit in no time! Whether you want 1:1 help or prefer the social setting of a small group class, we’ve got it for you!
  • Advice & Education: we provide you with the right education and advice to help you understand what you can do to manage your presentation and minimize recurrence.
