Seb completed his Bachelor of Exercise Science and Master of Physiotherapy at Griffith University on the Gold Coast whilst balancing extensive training and sporting commitments.

Seb grew up in Adelaide, South Australia from where he was drafted to play in the inaugural Gold Coast Suns AFL team. A six-year career in professional sport helped develop a keen interest in injury prevention and the rehabilitation of sports injuries. Following six years with the Suns Seb continued his study whilst playing semi-professionally at the Southport Sharks where he has been co-captain since joining the club.

Seb has spent time working as a personal trainer conducting individual and group sessions with clients from diverse backgrounds and also has experience as a sports trainer and high-performance coach. Through years of exposure to elite training programs on a personal level and through formulating and conducting training sessions for others, Seb has vast experience in the strength and conditioning environment.

Seb has developed a passion for helping people set and achieve goals and is enthusiastic and empathetic in assisting others to improve their athletic and injury status through a holistic and evidence-based approach.
